If you believe that content available on mail-temp-mail.xyz infringes your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us using the process described below.

We take all copyright infringement claims seriously and will act promptly upon receiving a valid notice.

1. What Is the DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from websites. Even if you are not based in the United States, this process applies to our website and we honor valid takedown requests from copyright holders worldwide.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on mail-temp-mail.xyz — including blog articles, images, graphics, or any other material — infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to us.

Your DMCA Notice Must Include:

To be valid and actionable, your notice must contain all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and phone number)
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — be as specific as possible. If multiple works are covered, provide a list.
  3. The URL or specific location on mail-temp-mail.xyz where the allegedly infringing content is located — we cannot act on vague descriptions. Please include direct links.
  4. A statement of good faith belief — a declaration that you believe the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority — a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature — a typed name is acceptable as an electronic signature.

3. Where to Send Your DMCA Notice

Submit your DMCA takedown notice by email to:

📧 new@mail-temp-mail.xyz

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice — [Brief Description of Infringing Content]

4. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice to confirm it includes all required information
  2. Investigate the reported content on our website
  3. Remove or disable access to the content if we determine the claim is valid
  4. Notify the person who uploaded or published the content (where applicable) that the content has been removed
  5. Respond to you to confirm the action taken

If your notice is incomplete, we will contact you to request the missing information before taking action.

5. Counter-Notice (For Content Removed in Error)

If you are the person whose content has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error — for example, if you believe your use of the content qualifies as fair use — you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice Must Include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (or, if outside the US, to any judicial district in which we may be found)
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to: new@mail-temp-mail.xyz Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notice — [Brief Description]

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action during that time.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, mail-temp-mail.xyz maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.

7. Misuse of DMCA Notices

Please be aware that submitting a false or misleading DMCA takedown notice is a serious matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Please only submit a DMCA notice if you genuinely believe your copyright has been infringed.

8. No Legal Advice

This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright or how to proceed, we recommend consulting a qualified intellectual property attorney.
